Quick answer

We roof across 7 North Texas counties: Dallas, Collin, Denton, the east side of Tarrant, Rockwall and Kaufman from our service office on Mockingbird Lane in Dallas, and Ellis County from our head office in Ennis. Each county, 25 of its cities and 8 Dallas neighborhoods have a page describing the storms, permits and roofs we see there.

Counties and cities

Seven counties, and the cities in each

Pick your county for the storm record, permits and housing we work with there, or go straight to your city.

Dallas County

The home county of the Mockingbird Lane office: established neighborhoods, older roofs and a steady run of storm work.

Collin County

Plano, Frisco, McKinney and Allen, plus the fast-growing towns along the northern edge, where newer roofs meet frequent hail.

Denton County

Lewisville, Denton and the Lewisville Lake towns, one of the largest and fastest-growing counties in Texas.

Tarrant County

Arlington and the east side of the county, where spring supercells cross between Fort Worth and Dallas.

Rockwall County

The smallest county in Texas, built around Lake Ray Hubbard and growing fast, with Rockwall, Heath and Royse City.

Kaufman County

Forney, Terrell and Kaufman, one of the fastest-growing counties in Texas, where many roofs are still on their first storm cycle.

Ellis County

Waxahachie, Midlothian, Red Oak and Ennis, covered from our head office on W. Crockett St. in Ennis.

Inside Dallas

The city and its closest suburbs

Dallas itself is where we work most. Here is what the roofs look like in each part of it and in the suburbs that touch it.

East Dallas and Lake Highlands

The oldest housing we roof is east of downtown: the century-old Prairie, Tudor and Colonial Revival homes of Munger Place and the Swiss Avenue Historic District, where slate, tile and copper flashing are common and landmark review applies, and the 1960s ranch homes of Lake Highlands near White Rock Lake, with long low roofs, original fascia and attics that rarely have enough intake ventilation. Lakewood sits between the two and has a mix of both.

Central, North and West Dallas

From Oak Cliff south of the Trinity to Preston Hollow, Highland Park and University Park in the north, the work is mostly architectural shingle and Class 4 replacements after hail, with slate, tile and metal on larger homes. Our service office on Mockingbird Lane sits in the middle of this, so it is where response is fastest. Irving to the west and Richardson to the north are covered from the same office.

East of the city: Garland and Mesquite

The suburbs east of the city get the same storm tracks the east side of Dallas does, and the work there is mostly storm-driven: hail inspections, claim documentation, full replacements, and the gutters and fascia that take a beating on the same days. Commercial strip centers and small office buildings along the main corridors are covered from the same service office.

South along I-45 and I-35E: Ellis County

Our head office is in Ennis, and Ellis County work around Ennis, Waxahachie, Midlothian and Red Oak is run from there. The mix is different: more metal roofs on shops, barns and outbuildings and commercial buildings, rural homes, and the wind damage that comes with storms on open ground, like the March 2025 system that lifted a hotel roof off along I-45 in Ennis.

Where our coverage stops

Our coverage is the seven counties on this page. Fort Worth and the counties to its west are outside it, and in Tarrant County we work the east side, around Arlington. Past those lines we take full replacements and commercial projects only by arrangement.

After a metro-wide storm the whole region books up at once. In those weeks we work storm calls in the order they come in across both offices, and active leaks get a tarp first wherever they are inside our coverage.

Two offices

Which office handles your roof

The service office on 1530 W Mockingbird Ln handles Dallas and Dallas, Collin, Denton, Rockwall and Kaufman counties, plus east Tarrant County. The head office on 417 W. Crockett St. in Ennis handles Ellis County. Both answer the same number, (214) 429-4542, around the clock.

Before you call

What to have ready when you call

Your address, first, so we can tell you which office and crew it goes to. Then roughly how old the roof is and what it is made of, whether a storm just came through, and where you see water or damage, inside or out. If you can safely take two photos from the ground, they help.

If it is a commercial building, add how we get onto the roof: hatch, ladder or a key holder, and whether the building is occupied when we would be working.

Not sure if you are in range?

Call with your address. It takes one question to find out.
