Who we are

This website belongs to Penfold Construction, with a head office in Ennis and a service office in Dallas; full addresses are on the contact page. You can reach us at (214) 429-4542.

What we collect

This site has no forms and no account sign-up, so it does not collect personal information through the website itself. When you call us, we record what you tell us to schedule and carry out the work: your name, phone number, the property address, and details about the roof. Calls may be recorded where the law allows, for quality and scheduling purposes.

Analytics and cookies

This site does not run analytics or advertising trackers and does not set its own cookies. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google's servers. Maps are not loaded until you press a View map button; at that point Google Maps loads and Google's own privacy policy applies.

How we use information

We use what you tell us on a call to answer your question, schedule and perform roofing work, document storm damage for insurance claims you choose to file, send estimates and invoices, and keep job records. We do not sell personal information.

When information is shared

We share information only as needed to do the work: with your insurance carrier or adjuster when you ask us to document a claim, with the City of Dallas or another permitting authority when a permit is required, with suppliers for material delivery to your address, and, if your call is forwarded because we are fully booked, with the provider who takes it so they can help you.

How long we keep it

Job records, photos and estimates are kept for as long as they are useful for warranty, insurance and tax purposes, then deleted.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, by calling (214) 429-4542.

Children

This site is intended for adults arranging roofing work and is not directed at children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated date at the top of this page changes with it.
