Information, not advice

Guides and service pages are general information. Cost figures are planning ranges drawn from published market sources, not quotes, offers or our prices. Code and permit information is summarized from public sources and may change; confirm requirements with the relevant building department. Nothing on this site is legal, insurance or financial advice.

Estimates and work

Prices are only given after a roofer has inspected the roof, and work is governed by the written estimate or contract you sign, not by anything on this website.

Telephone calls and consent

When you call (214) 429-4542, you agree that we may use the number you call from to return your call, confirm appointments and follow up about work you have asked for. Calls may be recorded where permitted by law for quality, training and scheduling purposes. We do not use your number for unrelated marketing.

Call forwarding when we are unavailable

Penfold Construction handles its service calls with its crews. During peak demand, after-hours emergencies, or when our schedule is full, your call may be transferred or forwarded to another trusted local roofing provider in the area so that you can still get help quickly. That provider is an independent business: it sets its own prices and availability, performs its own work, and is responsible for it. Please confirm that provider's insurance, credentials and terms before any work begins. Forwarding is a courtesy to keep you from waiting, not the way this business normally operates.

Insurance claims

Where we document storm damage for an insurance claim, the claim remains yours. We do not act as a public adjuster, do not negotiate settlements on your behalf, and never waive or cover deductibles.

Maps, fonts and any external links are provided by third parties and governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Limitation of liability

This site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on general information on this site. Liability for roofing work is governed by the contract for that work.
